Xyntek’s ITX-CSI© directly connects and communicates with external fulfillment systems (i.e. automated sample stores, automated fulfillment system) to provide a seamless integration between a client’s Compound Distribution System (Ordering, Inventory, & Fulfillment) and an external automated fulfillment system(s).
Xyntek’s ITX-CSI© uses custom APIs provided by the automation vendor, to send and receive sample data from the external fulfillment system. Sample data can be transmitted between the systems either through the use of XML or SQL. Because of the modularity of ITX-CSI©, Xyntek has provided our clients with a high degree of flexibility to customize the system by selecting only the modules based on their specific business and technical needs. |
