Clinical Pharmacology Freezer Inventory
Xyntek established a full-functional freezer inventory system for one of the major biotechnology company. The system utilized a backend Oracle database, front end MS Access forms, and an ASP web interface. During development, the system was thoroughly tested for functionality gaps, performance gaps, as well as 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory gaps. Data Migration to Global Compound Registration System (GCRS)

The system interfaced and communicated with automated tube stores (Thurnall), vertical storage carousels (Titan), laser-pointing system (Bohdan), liquid handling automation (Tecan, Packard, TAP, TomTec), labeling/weighing automation (Bohdan), weigh scales (Sartorius), barcode printers (Zebra), and barcode scanners (Symbol, 2D Matrix). By integrating the island of automation, the new system delivered over 100% increase in compound order fulfillment.
