MVX-PQI©: Print Quality Inspection System

The MVX-PQI© is developed for the detection of cosmetic defects on labels and other printed goods.  Running on a Windows-based workstation, the MVX-PQI© is composed of a machine vision processor, multiple CCD cameras, and Xyntek’s application software.  The MVX-PQI© is ideal for inspecting the print quality of pad transfer and hot stamp printing operations such as missing or damaged prints, low contrast print, and stray marks.  It can be used in the pharmaceutical, medical, food & beverages, as well as consumer goods industries. 

MVX-Blister©: Color Tablet Verification System
The MVX-Blister© is designed for accurate and reliable verification of tablet color, presence, and integrity generated in pharmaceutical packaging lines.  A shroud containing cameras and lighting is mounted on the packaging line to capture the images and transmit the inspection results to the machine vision processor, allowing for quick identification of problems that effect line efficiency.
MVX-TFI©: Tablet Filling Inspection
The MVX-TFI© system inspects tablets on slat filling machine to identify missing tablets, partial tablets, and stray tablets.  The system can be easily integrated with tablet slat filling machines for performing 100% tablet inspection.  By automating the process, problems that effect line efficiency are rapidly identified, allowing operators to take appropriate actions sooner, thereby increasing process efficiency and product quality.
MVX-OCV©: Optical Character Verification System

Xyntek’s MVX-OCV© system is designed to assist pharmaceutical manufacturers to satisfy 100% verification of printed codes on packaging materials. Alphanumeric codes, symbols, and foreign language characters on products are verified by the system at high speeds.  The MVX-OCV© system is composed of Xyntek’s MVX-OCV© software running on a Windows based workstation, making program setup and operation a simple task.  The MVX-OCV© uses extremely robust machine vision algorithm, providing a strong foundation for the system.

MVX-2D©: 2D Matrix Decoding System

The MVX-2D© is a Windows base machine vision system for reading & decoding of 2D matrix codes.  The base system includes a flatbed scanner for bulk decoding of matrix codes in a grid format.  The system is also available with optional camera based readers for single point matrix decoding.  Matrix codes on 96-tube or higher density racks, label sheets, and product-packaging materials are easily handled by the MVX-2D©.  The MVX-2D© software is a Windows based graphical user interface (GUI), making program setup and operation a simple task.  The vision processor uses robust machine vision algorithms, providing a strong foundation for the system.  At 30 reads per second and even higher, matrix reading is extremely fast with a real-time graphics display.  Configuration is performed using an Auto-train function to teach the matrix symbology.  Xyntek’s MVX-2D© system is capable of decoding AIM compliant 2D-Matrix and 2D-QR code symbols. The system can be configured to read.

MVX-CPI©: Color Platform Inspection System
Xyntek’s MVX-CPI© system was developed to perform 100% inspection of packaging materials for pharmaceutical packaging lines.  The system verifies the color, the presence, and the correct orientation of materials used in tablet blister packaging.  The colored packaging materials denote the drug type, requiring 100% inspection to satisfy FDA regulations.  The MVX-CPI© system is composed of Xyntek’s MVX-CPI© software running on a Windows workstation, a machine vision processor, and a shroud containing a color CCD camera and lighting.  The MVX-CPI© solution application is a user-friendly Windows graphical user interface (GUI), making program setup and operation a simple task.
