The MVX-MII© system is designed and developed for artificial artery graft manufacturing to measure the quality of woven seams in their product.  The system is equipped with a camera, optics, lighting, and Xyntek’s graft inspection application software.  The graft data is recorded, correlated with statistical test data, and evaluated to gain a better understanding of the factors that influence the performance of the graft.

The MVX-MDQ© is developed for medical devices manufacturing to perform dimensional measurements and detection of flaws on parts prior to assembly.  The system consists of a computer with image processing hardware, cameras, a mechanical fixture, and Xyntek’s inspection application software.  The MVX-MDQ© can also be customized or upgraded for 3D gauging capability.
