The MVX-PSI© system is used prior to the sealing process to detect contaminants, as small as 1.5mm diameter, in the seal area of food packages.  The system is equipped with 4 cameras, enabling inspection of eight packages at a time, in less than 1 second.

The MVX-CIS© system is developed to detect contaminants and flaws present in food containers, which are moving on a conveyor at high production rates.  Tool graphics and inspection statistics are displayed on the vision system monitor in real time.  The number of containers accepted/rejected as well as the defect size and type are tracked during the production run.
